📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure high-quality meals.
• Work closely with the head chef and kitchen team to maintain efficiency and consistency in meal preparation.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring meals are prepared and served promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience as a cook or similar role in a restaurant or food service environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and/or international cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
• Valid food handler certification (preferred but not required).
