📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track import shipments from inception to delivery, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customs agents, and internal teams to facilitate smooth import processes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
• Ensure compliance with import/export laws and regulations, including customs clearance procedures.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to manage import costs and payment processes.
• Utilize logistics management software such as SAP or similar systems to track and manage shipments.
• Provide regular reports on import operations performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing import/export processes and resolving logistics issues.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
