As a Mandarin Preschool Teacher at Wynkids, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to fostering a love for learning in a fun and engaging environment. You will work closely with early childhood educators to deliver a curriculum that integrates Mandarin language and culture with play-based learning. Your daily tasks will include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, assessing children’s progress, and collaborating with parents to ensure a seamless learning experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement age-appropriate Mandarin language and culture activities in accordance with the Wynkids curriculum.
• Assess and document children's progress and development using the Wynkids Early Learning Framework.
• Collaborate with early childhood educators to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Promote bilingual education by integrating Mandarin language into daily routines and activities.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
• Adhere to Wynkids' health and safety policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Mandarin Language, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Mandarin to preschool-aged children.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPCE, CCEA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to teach Mandarin to non-native speakers.
• Experience in play-based learning and bilingual education is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning.
