📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payroll for employees in Bali, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records using SAP Payroll and other relevant software.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements to employees and management.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations, and implement necessary updates.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll processing and reporting.
• Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure smooth payroll operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
• Familiarity with SAP Payroll and other payroll software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
