📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily General Affairs operations, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and waste management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage and maintain the facility, including equipment and infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Monitor and report on facility performance and maintenance costs.
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable working environment for employees.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the facility.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Affairs or Facility Management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in managing and supervising facility management teams.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using facility management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
