As a CAM Operator, you will work closely with our team of dental specialists to create intricate and high-quality dental prosthetics using advanced CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) technology. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CAM machines, including milling and scanning equipment, to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Develop and implement CAM workflows and protocols to streamline the production of dental prosthetics.
• Collaborate with dental technicians and specialists to design and produce custom dental restorations, crowns, bridges, and implants.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all dental prosthetics meet industry standards and patient requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CAM technology and dental materials to continuously improve production processes.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff members to enhance team capabilities.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology, Dental Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CAM dental laboratory or a similar role.
• Proven proficiency in operating CAM machines, including milling and scanning equipment.
• Strong understanding of dental materials, including ceramics, metals, and polymers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in CAD/CAM software, such as Exocad, 3Shape, or similar, is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
