As a MES Systems Manager at Cognizant, you’ll be at the forefront of digital transformation in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. Your daily tasks will involve configuring, testing, and troubleshooting MES software, as well as providing training and support to end-users. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the implementation and optimization of MES systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing pharmaceutical manufacturing infrastructure.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot MES software, including systems like SAP MES, Rockwell Automation, or similar.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize MES systems in their daily workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements, develop solutions, and implement improvements.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the MES space.
• Participate in project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in MES systems management, with a focus on pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Certifications in MES systems, such as Certified Manufacturing Execution Systems Professional (CMESP) or similar.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and their role in digital transformation.
• Proficiency in MES software, including SAP MES, Rockwell Automation, or similar.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
