📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily General Affairs operations, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and waste management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage and maintain the facility, including equipment and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Monitor and report on facility performance and maintenance costs.
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable working environment for employees.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Affairs or Facility Management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in managing and supervising facility management teams.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
