📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of 5-7 professionals responsible for client receivables and bank operations.
• Oversee daily financial operations, including invoicing, collections, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve financial processes and efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any financial disputes.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics to senior management.
• Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations across the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client receivables and bank operations, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
