📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to streamline procurement and delivery processes.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive administrative documentation.
• Assist in the organization of events and promotions to support marketing initiatives.
• Support the team in maintaining office supplies and equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably in retail or logistics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Bahasa Indonesia skills are a plus.
