📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Optimize warehouse space and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse.,Participate in inventory audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
