📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Provide direct patient care according to established protocols and standards of practice.,Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the nursing team.,Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in patient status.,Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.,Document patient care activities accurately and completely.,Participate in staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities.,Promote a safe and respectful work environment for both patients and staff.,Assist in the coordination of patient discharge planning and follow-up care.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
