📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Promote our products and services through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, and events.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to sales teams to enhance their performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the energy or power systems industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
