PT Tambang Indah is looking for a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our company's growth and success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to improve employee skills and performance.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and objectives.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to employees.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Evaluate and recommend new learning technologies and tools to enhance the training experience.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their learning goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of Indonesian culture and business environment is a plus.
