📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
