📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and guests with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.,Schedule appointments and meetings.,Maintain accurate records of visitor information.,Assist with front desk operations and general office duties.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.,Handle any front desk emergencies or issues that may arise.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our team and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with basic office software and technology.,A friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
