In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing banquet operations, ensuring high-quality service, and managing a team of banquet staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily banquet operations and ensure smooth execution of events.,Manage and mentor a team of banquet staff to maintain high standards of service.,Coordinate with event planners and clients to understand requirements and deliver exceptional service.,Ensure all banquet facilities are clean, well-maintained, and ready for events.,Handle inventory management and ordering for banquet supplies.,Train new staff and conduct performance reviews to ensure team development.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in banquet services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet services or related roles.,Proven leadership and management experience.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of banquet operations, event planning, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with food and beverage service standards.,High school diploma or equivalent.
