Experienced Online Teacher (Remote - Bali, Indonesia)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging, interactive online lessons using Berry Classroom and other educational tools.
• Create and maintain a personalized learning plan for each student, ensuring their academic growth and progress.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to improve and update lesson materials.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and fellow educators to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Adhere to Berry Group Education’s policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in online education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, relevant subject area, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in online teaching or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and curriculum.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience using Berry Classroom or similar learning management systems.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent professional qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
