📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver packages to customers across Bali's most vibrant neighborhoods, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages using GPS and delivery management software.
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Adhere to safety protocols and vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure the safety and reliability of the delivery van.
• Report any issues or delays in delivery to the operations team for prompt resolution.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on delivery procedures and customer service best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery van, ensuring all packages are handled with care.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily delivery targets and ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Courier or similar delivery role.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with GPS and delivery management software, such as Shopee Express's delivery app.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle delivery issues efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
