📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the store inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.,Support the store manager in organizing promotions, sales, and other marketing activities.,Keep the store clean and well-organized at all times.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in training and mentoring new store staff.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and feedback sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
