📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.,Maintain relationships with external auditors and accountants.,Support the property development projects with financial tracking and reporting.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the property or construction industry.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
