As an Account Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our finance team, assisting with daily accounting tasks, reconciling accounts, and providing support to the accounting manager. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
• Support the accounting manager in managing the accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Participate in audits and internal controls to ensure financial accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates with strong academic background and relevant internships will be considered).
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the renewable energy sector.
