📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Write user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials,Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets industry standards,Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and correctness,Support customers and internal teams with technical documentation and training materials,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
