Cafe Anggi Laundry is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our operations in Makassar. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the branch from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the local team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing training and support to enhance their performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain smooth operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure consistency in brand standards and policies.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant management software.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
