📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design relevant courses and workshops.,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the company's goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials and resources.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of training and development methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Familiarity with performance management systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
