📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing daily menus.,Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide excellent customer service in the dining area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Experience with a variety of cooking techniques and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
