Agung Gilang Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vehicles are maintained, driven efficiently, and available when needed. You will work closely with our drivers and maintenance team to keep our fleet running smoothly and safely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.,Oversee driver schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Track vehicle usage and maintenance records to prevent breakdowns and accidents.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely repairs and maintenance.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and meet safety standards.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Experience with budgeting and financial management is a plus.
