Town Zone Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Deputy Training Officer to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Assist in the planning and coordination of training sessions and workshops.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.,Collaborate with the Training Officer to ensure the successful execution of training initiatives.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.,Support the implementation of new training technologies and tools.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
